I do not know my sizes, do you offer a measuring service?

Yes, we do offer a free measuring and estimating service. Please call your local store for details.

Can you fit my new flooring for me?

Yes we can. One of our professional, fully insured floor layers can install your new flooring for you giving you piece of mind your job will be completed to the highest possible standard.

I want to fit my new flooring myself, can you deliver?

Yes we can. We offer a quick and cost effective local delivery service at a time that suits you.

Do you move furniture?

Yes we do. One of our fully insured fitters can help you remove and replace items of furniture. Please ask for details.

Do you uplift and dispose of old floor coverings?

If required, we can provide the service of uplift and disposal of your existing floorcoverings. Please ask for details.

Is my new flooring guaranteed?

If you have had your new flooring installed by us, the fitting is guaranteed for one year and each product range will have a different length of guarantee. Please ask for details.

Do you price match?

We are confident our prices are keen and you will not find the same product at a lower price. In the unlikely event another carpet store is cheaper for the same product, please let us know and we will review our quote.

Do you sell the same brands/products as the large nationwide carpet stores?

We do sell all the leading brands. The names may be different in these stores but if you see something you like, please do let us know as we have a crossover list and we should be able to identify it for you.

Can I buy carpet accessories from you?

Yes, we hold large stocks of all the flooring accessories you may need including underlay, grippers, bars etc. all at competitive prices.

Do you sell rugs/runners?

No, we do not sell rugs but we do offer the service of having a piece of carpet bound and made into a rug. The beauty of this service, you can custom make your rug into your own colour, size and style. Please ask for details. You can also turn your carpet leftovers into a rug/mat.

What’s the lead time for having new flooring fitted?

This will vary from week to week depending on how busy our fitting diary is but we will always try to install/deliver your new flooring as soon as we can. We can also hold your new flooring for you once paid for if you are not yet ready.

Do you offer finance?

No, we do not offer finance which enables us to keep our prices low all year round.

Do you have parking at your stores?

Yes, we have free and easy parking at all of our three stores.

What are your opening times?

All stores are open Monday – Saturday , 9.00-5.00. Please check our social media for Bank Holiday opening details.
